In 2012, Michelle Brown started her company with the ideology of creating a business to help serve law enforcement in ethics training. She established Ethics Mission Management, LLC, an umbrella company for assisting police agencies and providing mentoring services for the criminal justice arena with a biblical foundation. Later, after one year of law school, she learned her journey was not as an attorney but as an investigator for attorneys where she serves as a fact finder. Building a team of investigators and partnerships along the way, Texas Private Investigations and Consulting assists attorney's who need an extra hand that provides a police perspective from not only her 25 years of service in law enforcement but many more years of accumulative police experience from her team to include both formal education and police education.
