Investigators are highly skilled at interviewing and communicating. These skills are greatly needed in today's investigations. These skills have been obtained over several decades while employed as police officers, investigators, and supervisors. Our team has formal education, field experience, police education and field training.
Our team of investigators review discovery, often comparing video with the written police reports in order to obtain additional witness information, locate inconsistencies in police reporting and use other various techniques to assist in fact finding.
Investigators are able to assist attorneys with reviewing discovery as mentioned above in unison with fact-finding and consult attorneys with the perspective of 1) what facts are revealed 2) what facts are mitigating 3) what facts are damaging 4) what facts are or can be proven.
All fees mentioned are approximate for purposes of providing a sample scenario. All rates are negotiable dependent upon manpower and activity required.
